Vendor-neutral consulting: what your business really needs, what it costs and in what order.

Advice with no sales interest
Software decisions at companies often happen on the side: the accountant recommends something, a vendor calls, an employee knows a tool. After a few years, there are five systems that don't talk to each other.
I look at your workflows and tell you what's worth digitalizing and what isn't. I don't sell software and don't receive commissions.
Why now?
Since 01.01.2025, every business must be able to receive e-invoices; the obligation to issue them follows in 2027 and 2028, and small businesses under § 19 UStG are exempt. According to Bitkom, 41 percent of companies used AI in 2026, with smaller businesses doing so significantly less often.

Service
What I advise on
- Digitalizing workflows
- Invoices, orders, scheduling, document storage: which steps can be simplified, which can be digitalized, and which are better left as they are.
- Software selection
- Writing down requirements, comparing two to three suitable solutions, supporting a trial phase, preparing the decision. Vendor-neutral.
- Processes and collaboration
- Shared storage, email rules, calendars, tasks. Clear rules instead of ever more new tools.
- E-commerce consulting
- Is an online shop worth it, which system fits, what does running it really cost, how do payment and shipping work. A recommendation not to do it is a valid answer too.
- Microsoft 365 and alternatives
- Rolling out or tidying up Microsoft 365, or European alternatives when keeping data in Europe matters.
- Second opinion
- There's a proposal on the table and you're unsure? I go through it with you and tell you what's missing, what's excessive and what would be typical.
- Receiving e-invoices
- Since 2025, every business must be able to accept e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD). I set up receiving, filing and forwarding to your bookkeeping. Tax questions are handled by your accounting firm.
- Digitalization roadmap
- Mapping paper-based processes, setting priorities, suggesting tools that fit the business rather than a catalogue.
- Preparing funding applications
- Technical description and cost breakdown for funding applications, for example state digitalization programs. The application itself and the funding decision rest with you and the funding body.
- IT documentation
- Network diagram, access credentials, contracts and licenses in one place. You stay independent, including from me.
