- Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm, on one number, closed on Sundays. Whoever calls me speaks to the person who also does the work.

How I work
- First assessment, then recommendation, then implementation. Never the other way round.
- Changes to live systems only in agreed maintenance windows and with a fallback option.
- A backup only counts as existing once it has been restored.
- Contracts, domains and access accounts run in your name.
- What I can't do, I say so, and recommend someone who can.
