Every business has different systems and different needs. Describe your project briefly and you will receive a written, non-binding quote with a fixed price or a clear estimate of effort.

VAT
All quotes are stated as final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown; gross equals net. Invoices include the corresponding note.
Maintenance flat fee
What's included in the maintenance flat fee
- Monitoring of availability, storage space, certificates and backups
- Security updates within a fixed monthly maintenance window
- Monthly check that backups are complete, with a quarterly test restore
- Short queries by phone or email within business hours
- Up-to-date documentation of your systems
Larger changes, migrations and projects are billed on a time-and-materials basis, always with an estimate provided in advance.
Billing
How I bill
- Time and materials
- For individual jobs and faults. You receive a breakdown with date, duration and task.
- Flat fee
- For ongoing support. A fixed monthly amount, with the scope documented in writing.
- Fixed price
- For websites and clearly defined projects. The price is set before work begins; changes are discussed beforehand.
Payment
Invoices are paid by bank transfer to this account or via PayPal. The details also appear on every invoice.
