The contract language is German, and my general terms and conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, AGB) are binding only in German. They cover conclusion of contract, services, prices, invoicing with kivitendo, payment by bank transfer or online via Stripe, the agreed automatic collection by card or SEPA direct debit, term and cancellation, liability, and the right of withdrawal for consumers.
